We have found the most reliable method of downloading files is to zip them where ever possible. To unzip a file you will need some software. Most PCs come with WinZip but if you don't have it you can go to WinZip or Stuffit Expander for Windows (free). For our MacOS friends you'll want to get Stuffit Expander for Macintosh (free).

Many of our documents (when unzipped) are in the pdf format. You'll need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to read them. If you don't have the reader on your computer you can get a free one at Adobe Acrobat Reader.
